BOOKING
Thank you for your interest in working with one of our artists for your next tattoo experience. We're excited about the opportunity to collaborate with you. Please take a moment to review the booking form and the following information before proceeding.
Booking F.A.Q.
DO TATTOOS HURT?
They are a little ouchy, but this is a case where the most honest answer is also the most vague: everyone’s pain tolerance is different. If you are well fed, hydrated, and got a great night’s sleep you’re going to feel a whole heck of a lot better during your tattoo. You are more than welcome to use numbing cream, which we have in stock at the shop. If you know you’re sitting for an all day appointment please be sure to bring a lunch with you.
Can I ask for a price estimate?
Yes! You are more than welcome to ask for a price estimate for your tattoo. The price of your tattoo will depend on the time it takes to complete the piece. Size and detail are some of the biggest factors to consider when it comes to mapping out your budget for your new tattoo. You are also welcome to let us know your budget and we can work accordingly.
What are tattoo deposits for?
Deposits are what show your artist that you are serious about the appointment, gives them the peace of mind to start drawing, and protects an artist if a client were to no-show or cancel last minute. If you do not show up for your appointment the shop will keep your deposit for the tattoo artist for the time they spent on your drawing and the time lost in their schedule.
What is a consultation appointment?
Consultation appointments are where the client meets with the artist to discuss their ideas in person. Often the client will choose to bring additional references, the artist will have the chance to view the area the tattoo will be going or discuss options in real time with the client. Consultations are free
Can I use numbing cream?
We do not use numbing products at our studio; one our artist’s is severely allergic to one of the active ingredients. Many tattoo numbing creams are not approved by the FDA and are considered unsafe for use; they can also lead to unpredictable results when your tattoo heals. Tattoos are a big investment and we want to set our clients up for success.
Can i reschedule?
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment. Your deposit is transferrable one time within a 72 hour period preceding your booking. If 72 hour notice is not given the deposit will be retained. Please note that if you place a deposit down and your artist has completed your drawing your deposit will be retained to compensate the artist for time spent drawing your piece.
